Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • Juice of 1 large lemon about 3 tbsp
  • 1 ripe banana optional, for creaminess and sweetness
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup to taste
  • ¼ cup water or coconut water
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 scoop collagen or protein powder, ¼ cup coconut milk for creaminess

Instructions

  • Add raspberries, lemon juice, banana (if using), sweetener, and water to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth, adding more water 1 tbsp at a time if needed.
  • Taste and adjust flavor to your liking—more lemon for tang, more sweetener for balance.
  • Serve immediately as a soft slush or freeze for 30 minutes to scoop like sorbet.

Notes

  • For an ultra-smooth texture, use a high-powered blender.
  • Skip the banana for a tart version.
  • Swap raspberries for strawberries or blueberries, depending on the season.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before scooping.
