Instructions
Add raspberries, lemon juice, banana (if using), sweetener, and water to a high-speed blender.
Blend until smooth, adding more water 1 tbsp at a time if needed.
Taste and adjust flavor to your liking—more lemon for tang, more sweetener for balance.
Serve immediately as a soft slush or freeze for 30 minutes to scoop like sorbet.
Notes
For an ultra-smooth texture, use a high-powered blender.
Skip the banana for a tart version.
Swap raspberries for strawberries or blueberries, depending on the season.
