Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium orange peeled and segmented
  • ½ cup coconut water or regular water
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1-2 ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Add mango, pineapple, orange, coconut water, and Greek yogurt to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Serve in a glass and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit for a thicker consistency.
  • For a vegan version, swap Greek yogurt for plant-based yogurt.
  • Add chia seeds or protein powder for an extra boost.
