3 large eggs room temp

2 cups white granulated sugar

¾ cup unsalted butter softened

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 ¼ tsp. baking powder

2 cups all-purpose flour

3 cups fresh cranberries

Powdered sugar for garnish

Preparation

  1. Prepare the oven and preheat it to 350 degrees F. Also, prepare a 9″ x 13″ pan by lightly greasing it with non-stick spray.
  2. Add sugar and eggs in a mixing bowl and whisk using an electric mixer until the color turns light and the texture becomes slightly thicker.
  3. Add vanilla extract, baking powder, and butter to the egg mixture and continue to whisk for 2 minutes.
