Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium orange (peeled and segmented)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water (or regular water)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1-2 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add mango, pineapple, orange, coconut water, and Greek yogurt to the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
