Ingredients

  • 1 -2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1/4 cup water or coconut water
  • Optional: 1 tbsp chia seeds (1 scoop collagen or protein powder, 1/4 cup coconut milk for creaminess)

Instructions

  1. Add raspberries, lemon juice, banana (if using), sweetener, and water to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, adding more water 1 tbsp at a time if needed.
  3. Taste and adjust flavor to your liking—more lemon for tang, more sweetener for balance.
  4. Serve immediately as a soft slush or freeze for 30 minutes to scoop like sorbet.
